How do I become a dealer?

What is the best way to store BEAST paintballs?
Keep them between 50 and 70 degrees and make sure that the relative humidity is les than 50%. Look, we know you guys aren’t weather geeks but temperature and humidity can have a significant impact your paintballs. Basically keep them cool and dry. Don’t leave them in the trunk of your car, in direct sunlight or the fridge. Take care them and they will take care of you.

When will my credit card be charged?
We will not charge your credit card until your order is shipped.

We live in a warehouse so we will process the order the same day and ship it out the following day. All orders placed before 5:00 P.M. ET will be processed the same day then shipped out the following day. All orders placed after 5:00 P.M. ET will be processed the next day then shipped out the day after that. If your order is processed during the weekend, it will ship the following Monday. Basically, it’ll be on the truck the next business day.

Does my package require a signature?
In most instances, yes as we ship all packages via UPS. Check with them to see if you have a signature on file. If you don’t and you are not home at time of delivery, UPS will leave a signature form at your place of delivery. Paintball Nation USA is not responsible for anyone five fingering your package once it has been delivered. Basically, if it gets swiped from your doorstep, there is not a lot that we can do except feel bad for you.

Do my billing and shipping addresses have to match?
For fraud protection purposes, we require that all address information match what is on file with the credit card. Call your bank and add a shipping address if you want it to go somewhere else. We just want to make sure that you are who you say you are.

What is Paintball Nation USA’s return policy?
All cases of paintballs are opened and checked for broken balls before being shipped out. We will initial and date the inside of the box once everything is good. Please don’t sell our autographs on ebay.
If for some weird reason you want to send the paintballs back, you can do so within 15 days of your date of purchase. Once any of the bags have been opened and even one paintball has been used, you can’t send them back. Paintball Nation USA only accepts returns of unused cases of paintballs. We do not charge a restocking fee, however you are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return any item back to Paintball Nation USA. If you balls are broken or we screwed up your order, keep reading.
You will need an RMA number to return your product. To request an RMA, send an email to returns@paintballnationusa.com. Be sure to include your reason for the return.

How do I return my order?
Once you have received your RMA number, you must place the case of paintballs inside a larger box filled with packing peanuts. Write your RMA number on the outside of larger box. Failure to properly package returns may result in no refund at all.

What if I received the wrong item?
Contact Paintball Nation USA immediately and request an RMA number. Paintball Nation USA will pay shipping both ways – we’re pretty cool about stuff like this. Keep in mind that someone will probably lose their job if this happens.

What happens if I get a broken paintball in my case?
If you have one or more broken paintballs in your case of paint (which is extremely rare), Paintball Nation USA will replace it for free. Paintballs must be in their original bags and there can be no paintballs missing from the case (we really do count them). You must first request an RMA number. As soon as we get the bag with the broken balls back, we’ll send you some more out right away.
